Joshua Francois started as Outreach Director with TN-SCORE in December, 2010. He has a unique combination of experience having worked in the private sector at large commercial real estate firms Grubb & Ellis and NAI where he was on the front line of economic development and having worked on college campuses with IMG College at University of Tennessee, University of South Carolina and as Assistant Athletic Director at San Jose State University. 

During his six years in the commercial real estate industry, Josh has been involved in more than 70 real estate transactions valued in excess of $25,000,000. Representing Fortune 500 corporations such as Smufit-Stone and Commercial Metals Company, innovative start-up companies, as well property developers; he has leased over 1,000,000 square feet of industrial and office space. His awards include the 2007 Grubb & Ellis/Pearson Commercial highest grossing industrial broker, 2005 Grubb & Ellis Rookie of the Year and 2005 Grubb & Ellis Peer Award winner recognizing the highest stands of personal intregrity, superior work effort and professionalism.
 
Josh received his Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis in 1995 and a Master's degree from University of Tennessee in 1996. He is marrired to Desiree Reed-Francois and has a son, Jackson.
